Alpha Sports coaches individual players and small groups to develop their fundamental skills and knowledge in an enjoyable environment. Each one hour session is tailored to meet the needs of each participant.

Individual - $40.00 pp
2 Players - $25.00 pp
3 Players - $20.00 pp
4 Players - $18.00 pp

Team Coaching

Alpha Sports is available to run customised skill sessions with your lacrosse team. Coaching packages can be set up for pre and mid season. Refresher sessions are available at any time.

Cost

$60.00 per session + travel

School Sessions

Alpha Sports can develop programmes to run during curriculum hours to provide a lacrosse experience for students. Sessions can be tailored for all ages and abilities, including people with disabilities.
